Leadership Academy
Dinsmore provides a 9-month advanced orientation program designed by the firm's Professional Development Committee to help 1st-year associates and recent lateral hires build a strong foundation for success. Aside from further developing participants' skills in a number of core areas, the programs offer unique opportunities to interact with members of firm management, thought leaders, and other professionals sure to be instrumental to you throughout your career.
