Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience for the Cincinnati office and 1-3 years of experience for Louisville advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and defending litigation alleging discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage laws. Experience in dealing with the National Labor Relations Board and familiarity with federal labor law will be considered. Additionally, all candidates should be licensed to practice in OH or KY and have a strong academic background and possess excellent communication skills. | | Corporate Associate Wayne Immediate opportunity for a transactional attorney in our Wayne, Pennsylvania office. One to four years of transactional experience in commercial real estate, banking, and finance is required, and some litigation experience is preferred.
