Dinsmore & Shohl has nearly 150 women attorneys and that number continues to grow. As in most law firms, women attorneys face challenges practicing business law in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
Our Women's Initiative is designed to increase retention of women associates through an environment of support opportunities for advancement. Our first program included a panel of female partners who discussed how they achieved success at the firm, and offered unique perspectives on managing a balance between the pressures of work, and the pleasures of life.
This year, we have added specific training and coaching to address the unique business development needs and interests of our women practicing law, taking their approach to a proactive, more profitable business development model.
Like every program in our firm, we listen to what our attorneys have to say and strive to enhance their practices and experiences at the firm. Your input as a women helps us to design optimum working environments while providing optimum client service.
